Our story is a gastronomic journey from the street food of India to the fishing villages of Thailand with a stopover in the traditional Trattorias of North Africa then to Middle East. We’ve travelled and lived through these countries, meeting great local Cooks, learning fantastic recipes and traditional cooking techniques. We’ve perfected the use of incredible aromatic spices and herbs combined with fresh ingredients to create dishes that evoke the country of origin.
